No flashy slogans. Just a passion for doing things properly (and probably too much coffee). 2016 – The Big Merger In December 2016, FRS joined forces with Indigo Group. Think Avengers Assemble, but for compliance and payroll. The result? A bigger, better team combining operational know how with heavyweight backing. 2017 – Hello, Cardiff! We unpacked the filing cabinets and said “Shwmae!” as our new Cardiff office opened its doors. This expansion supercharged our operational firepower and gave us more room for biscuits (and people, obviously). 2018 – Digital, Meet Onboarding We officially launched our ISCA digital onboarding platform, bringing speed, compliance, and Credas powered Right to Work checks to the party.
