The Senior Client Success Partner is responsible for building strong long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and maximise value across the Ovio proposition.

This role acts as a key point of ownership for existing client relationships, supporting retention, improving engagement and helping clients unlock the full value of Ovio’s services and capabilities.

Working closely with Business Development Managers and operational teams, the Senior Client Success Partner will play a central role in driving revenue growth within existing relationships, supporting client onboarding and transition activity, identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey with Ovio.

This is not simply a service role. It is a commercially focused position designed to create stronger partnerships, increase opportunities and support sustainable business growth.

Proposed Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Act as a trusted partner and consistent point of contact for key stakeholders
  • Provide day-to-day support with support tickets
  • Conduct regular client meetings, reviews and engagement activity
  • Ensure client feedback is captured and translated into action
  • Maintain strong visibility of client activity, challenges and opportunities

 Revenue Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and broaden existing relationships
  • Work proactively to maximise contractor growth across existing clients
  • Support the introduction and adoption of wider Ovio solutions and services
  • Recognise opportunities for cross-selling and upselling where genuine client value exists
  • Support retention strategies and minimise attrition risks

Business Development Support

  • Work closely with Business Development Managers to support growth activity
  • Assist with proposals, client presentations and commercial discussions
  • Support transition and implementation activity for new and existing clients
  • Maintain high-quality CRM records and pipeline visibility
  • Act as an extension of the wider commercial team

Client Experience & Service Excellence

  • Coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and improve client outcomes
  • Support escalation management where required
  • Ensure a high-quality, proactive and consistent client experience
  • Help drive continual improvement across client processes and communication

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities
  • Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Ability to influence and build credibility at all levels
  • Experience using CRM systems

Desirable

  • Experience within payroll, workforce solutions, recruitment or related sectors
  • Experience supporting sales or commercial functions
  • Knowledge of temporary labour supply chains
