The Senior Client Success Partner is responsible for building strong long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring clients receive an outstanding experience while identifying opportunities to strengthen partnerships and maximise value across the Ovio proposition.
This role acts as a key point of ownership for existing client relationships, supporting retention, improving engagement and helping clients unlock the full value of Ovio’s services and capabilities.
Working closely with Business Development Managers and operational teams, the Senior Client Success Partner will play a central role in driving revenue growth within existing relationships, supporting client onboarding and transition activity, identifying commercial opportunities and ensuring clients feel supported throughout their journey with Ovio.
This is not simply a service role. It is a commercially focused position designed to create stronger partnerships, increase opportunities and support sustainable business growth.
